General enquiries go to hello@inlayterms.com. Corrections have their own address — corrections@inlayterms.com — which reaches the same monitored mailbox.
What works today
- Leaving the newsletter. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and using it takes effect immediately. You do not need to contact anyone.
- Turning off measurement. The control is on the privacy page and takes effect in your browser straight away.
- Errors in a story. How corrections are handled, and what a correction looks like when one is issued, is set out in the corrections policy.
